Justin Halliley

Co-Owner

I am a passionate and dedicated business owner with a love of helping people. I started my journey helping people by working in the finance industry for many years, as helping people make their dreams come true was an inspiration and ever since I have been focused on my professional life.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Montana State University. With over the last 20+ years, I have had the privilege of managing some great teams. I was the District Manager with CitiFinancial  from 2002-2016,  where I led a great team of managers and their office staffs in consumer lending and we ranked as a top ranked district in the company for several years. From 2017-2021, I was the District Manager with Mariner Finance, where I turned around a challenged district by building a strong team through one-on-one coaching, training and mentorship, while having the highest ranked district in the Division on numerous occasions.

My work has allowed me to build several great teams of individuals focused on helping people and their families. I‘m also focused on my own family, and I like to do everything outdoors from hiking, biking, fishing, motorcycle riding, to just spending a day at the beach with my family.

I am a firm believer in treating people the same way I expect to be treated.  I approach all challenges with a positive mindset and I’m always seeking opportunities for growth and development.

I’m truly excited about the future of Content Restoration and being able to help put people’s lives back together after a tragic event. I look forward to connecting with like-minded individuals who share my passion and vision.

About Contents Restoration

What We Restore

Time is of the Essence

Fire, smoke, and water damage don’t just affect belongings initially; the damage can worsen over time. Soot and ash can quickly tarnish personal property, moisture can ruin electronics, and wood can warp. We specialize in restoring various types of personal property, no matter the extent of the damage.

Restoration Solutions

We Have You Covered

Professional Content Restoration

We treat belongings with the utmost care and respect. We use the latest restoration technology and a careful, detailed approach to recover and protect cherished possessions and sentimental items.

If contents have been damaged by a disaster in White Plains, NY or the surrounding areas, here is how our team can assist:

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW?

  • In smaller fires, content and structure cleaning should be the first task to address
  • Soot and fire extinguisher dust left on items can “etch” the items making them unrestorable (when touching items wear gloves to lessen etching)
  • If you are living in the home, breathing in the soot floating in the air can be bad for your health
  • We also will assist with any duct cleaning needed to clean the air system.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW?

  • Contents normally need to be addressed first after the home has been secured and released from fire investigators
  • This allows for the restoration companies and adjusters to have a clear picture of the extent of structural damage
  • The longer items are covered in soot and water, the lesser the chance for restoration
  • Removing items creates a safer environment for crews
  • For non-restorable items, we will photo inventory every item in an easy-to-read report for you to share with your insurance company.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW?

  • We use state-of-the-art inventory software to create a comprehensive digital inventory all of your items
  • All of your contents are categorized by type and room for organization
  • Detailed item information is recorded (brands, model numbers, and serial numbers)
  • Inventory is taken onsite as we safely pack your belongings for transport to our facility
  • All items are detail cleaned, deodorized, repacked and stored in our secure facility for safekeeping while your home is repaired.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW?

  • We will also create a list of non-restorable items also known as non-salvageable or total-loss items
  • This list will come in an Excel spreadsheet format as well as a PDF report with photos, serial numbers, and model numbers of each item
  • Our attention to detail ensures everything is cataloged properly down to your favorite ink pen
  • Reports are easy to navigate for you and your carrier to determine the value for your belongings.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW?

  • Water damage to contents can quickly grow microbial growth and mildew
  • Wood furniture can quickly warp beyond repair and irreplaceable documents can deteriorate
  • Non-salvageable items will be documented for your insurance company
  • Removing items will help facilitate a quicker, safer repair process for your structure

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW?

  • Microbial growth can be very hazardous to you and your families health
  • Often times microbial growth in structures is addressed but contents is overlooked in the remediation process
  • Packing out of unaffected contents lessens the risk for cross contamination
  • Packing out of affected contents assists for quick remediation as well as helps facilitate quicker repairs
