Before hitching my wagon to the best and most trusted horses in the Content Recovery Business, (CRS), I graduated from UW-Madison. From there I started what became the second largest newspaper in Albuquerque, New Mexico. After tricking my now wife into marrying me, I moved to AZ in 2004. Started and ran a restaurant for eight years, “The Watershed,”in Tempe, AZ. Realizing how challenging it was as my boy and girl got older, I took my weekends back and off loaded the restaurant.
Without a doubt, the easiest and best decision I have made is partnering the CRS—a true leader in the industry.
I absolutely believe that all the businesses I ran led me to this opportunity to help and assist home and property owners like you and myself work through the challenges we all inevitably face through fire, water, and other damage. To do our work with passion, empathy, honesty, and expertise is the goal in everything we do.

- Inventory is taken onsite as we safely pack your belongings for transport to our facility
- All items are detail cleaned, deodorized, repacked and stored in our secure facility for safekeeping while your home is repaired.

- We will also create a list of non-restorable items also known as non-salvageable or total-loss items
- This list will come in an Excel spreadsheet format as well as a PDF report with photos, serial numbers, and model numbers of each item
